Classes available at 7:30, 8:15, 9:30 and 10:15am on a Tuesday and 7:30 and 8:15am on a Friday.

Class sizes are limited to 5 clients to ensure personal tuition.

Pilates

Fourteen classes available weekly from early morning to late evening. 


Our APPI and Modern Pilates certified practitioner teaches to just 6 clients in six week courses* to ensure both personal tuition and progression. These classes are open to people of all ages and fitness levels, ensuring anyone can access this health-enriching exercise.

Whereas lots of exercise forms build on muscles that are already strong,  APPI and Modern Pilates Practitioners - with their clinical approach to the exercise form - teach exercises that work as much or more to strengthen the weaker muscles too. The result is a properly balanced body, with better joint mobility, a firm musculature, a good, natural posture and a calmer, more relaxed mind. 


*An initial assessment of 60 minutes is required prior to starting Pilates.
